1. Introduction

These Terms govern your use of spendzbot, a product of Asmora Labs (the “Service”), including the WhatsApp bot and web dashboard. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract. Only Indian WhatsApp mobile numbers are supported at this time (10-digit numbers starting with 6–9, with country code +91).

3. Your account and data use

• You authenticate with your WhatsApp number and are responsible for access to that phone.
• We use only your WhatsApp number and name to operate Spendzbot. Expense messages you send are stored to provide tracking and reports.
• Your data is not shared with third parties for sale or marketing. See the Privacy Policy for details.
• First-time users must accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy before using the Service.

4. Financial information

The Service helps you track personal transactions and generate reports. It does not provide financial, tax, or legal advice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

6. Availability

We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change over time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asmora Labs and spendzbot are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination and deletion

You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account from the dashboard, by messaging delete account on WhatsApp, or via our Data Deletion process. We may suspend access in case of abuse, security issues, or legal requirements.
