1. Who we are

spendzbot is a product of Asmora Labs (“we”, “us”). This Privacy Policy applies to our WhatsApp bot and web dashboard (the “Service”).

2. Information we collect

For operating Spendzbot we use only:

• WhatsApp number — to identify your account and send replies.
• Name — your WhatsApp profile name (or a display name you set) for personalization.

When you log expenses or request reports, we also store the transaction content you send (amounts, descriptions, categories, timestamps) so we can show your history and reports. We do not collect contacts, photos, location, or payment card details.

3. How we use information

• To authenticate you via WhatsApp and provide the dashboard.
• To record transactions and generate reports you request.
• To operate, secure, and support the Service.

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your personal data. Your WhatsApp number, name, and expense data are not shared with any third party for advertising, analytics resale, or unrelated commercial use.

Infrastructure needed to run the Service (for example hosting and WhatsApp’s Business API via Meta) processes messages only as required to deliver the Service. We do not grant those providers permission to use your Spendzbot data for their own marketing.

5. Data retention

We retain your data while your account is active. You can delete your account from Account Settings after logging in, by messaging delete account on WhatsApp, or via our Data Deletion page.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No system is 100% secure.
