Data Deletion

spendzbot is operated by Asmora Labs. This page explains how to request deletion of your account and personal data.

2. Self-service deletion

1. Web: Log in → Account Settings → Delete account → type DELETE to confirm.
2. WhatsApp: Message the bot delete account, then confirm when asked.

This permanently removes your profile and the expense data you logged. If you shared an account with a partner, their remaining data may be kept for them.

3. Email request

1. Send an email to contact@spendzbot.com from an address you control.
2. Include your WhatsApp number (with country code +91) and the subject line: Data Deletion Request.

4. What we delete

• Your user profile (WhatsApp number and name).
• Transactions you recorded, unless retention is required by law.
• Login sessions and pending invitations for your number.

We do not share your data with third parties for marketing. Deletion removes it from Spendzbot systems operated by Asmora Labs.

5. Timeline

Self-service deletion is immediate. Email requests are typically processed within 7–30 days after verification.
