What is spendzbot? +
spendzbot is a WhatsApp expense tracker by Asmora Labs. Message expenses in plain English (for example, “20 rupees tea”) and get reports on WhatsApp or the web dashboard.
How do I get started? +
Message our WhatsApp bot to create your account. On first use you’ll accept the Terms & Privacy Policy, then start logging expenses. You can also open the web dashboard with WhatsApp login.
Which phone numbers are supported? +
Only Indian WhatsApp mobile numbers for now — 10-digit numbers starting with 6–9 (+91).
What data do you collect? +
We use your WhatsApp number and name to run the service, plus the expense messages you send so we can track and report. Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
Can couples track expenses together? +
Yes. Invite a partner from Account Settings (up to 2 WhatsApp numbers). Both members share the same expense ledger.
How do I get reports? +
On WhatsApp send “menu”, “last 10 days report”, “this month report”, or “category report”. You can also view charts and history on the web dashboard.
How do I delete my account? +
Message “delete account” on WhatsApp and confirm, or use Delete account in Account Settings on the web. You can also follow the Data Deletion page.
Is spendzbot free? +
Yes — you can use WhatsApp tracking and the dashboard at no charge while we grow the product.
